Please fill out the form below to submit your application for Christmas in Coweta.
Requirements:
- You must be a resident of Coweta County
- Accepted residency documents include: Driver’s license with Coweta County address, Utility bill (current with date) with Coweta County address, Rental/Lease agreement or Mortgage document (must list dates valid)
- You will be required to provide Birthdate verification for each child
- Accepted documents include: Birth Certificate, Medical insurance card (if it shows DOB), Vaccine Record, DFCS approval letter, Screenshot of Student Profile in Parent Portal
Important to know:
- Every child listed on your application must reside with you in your home.
- If A child is 18 years old, they must still be enrolled in high school.
- Falsification of information or participation in any other Christmas assistance program will make you ineligible.
- Applicants are carefully screened, and your information is shared with other Christmas assistance organizations. This helps ensure that all families in need of assistance can be served.
